The Board of Church and Society of the Detroit Annual Conference seeks to educate, advocate, and implement networks for action toward social justice. Through our website, we encourage United Methodist church members in our conference to respond to critical social issues such as:

Church and Society Annual Dinner, May 16, 2009
Held at Adrian College during the Detroit Annual Conference, the annual dinner will begin at 5:00pm. The guest speaker is Rev. Dr. Clayton Childers, Director of Annual Conference Relations (biography: Word ) for the General Board of Church and Society.
